
Mollman Communications is unloading its Oklahoma radio properties to Hilliary Media Group for $867,500.
The deal includes eight radio stations — country KACO Apache (98.5), urban contemporary KJMZ Cache (97.9), classic hits KWCO Chickasha (105.5), classic rock KDDQ Comanche (105.3), talk KFTP Duncan (1350), classic country KKEN (97.1), modern/alternative rock KKRX (1050), and urban AC KXCA Lawton (1380) — and their corresponding FM translator signals.
Hilliary Media operates the Oklahoma Radio Network, the Oklahoma News Network, and the Oklahoma Farm Report, along with newspapers The Southwest Ledger and The Chronicle.
The company is already operating the stations under a Local Marketing Agreement (LMA).
