Independent artists, authorised representatives and record labels may submit original releases when they own or control the necessary rights.

How much does a music submission cost?

The standard submission is free. An artist or label may send one submission of up to three MP3s every 30 days. Paid Wowzaradio members receive a higher monthly allowance and priority review.

Does submitting guarantee radio airplay?

No. Every submission is reviewed for sound quality, loudness, metadata and rights. Approved tracks enter the DJ Record Pool, where participating station owners decide whether to add them to rotation.

What files and information are required?

Submit one to three MP3 files, artist and track names, genre, release details, rights authorisation and contact information. Cover art, ISRC codes and promotional links are also accepted.

Fair-use limit

Free submissions are limited to 1 submission (up to 3 MP3s) per artist or label every 30 days, which keeps the review queue fair. Members on a paid Wowzaradio plan can send 4 submissions in the same period and get priority review. Compare plans.
