Who can submit music to Wowzaradio?

Human and AI music artists, authorised representatives and record labels are welcome when they own or control the necessary rights. AI-generated music must have permission for commercial use; all submissions remain subject to rights review.

How much does a music submission cost?

The standard submission is free. An artist or label may send one submission of up to three MP3s every 30 days. Paid Wowzaradio members receive a higher monthly allowance and priority review.

No. Every submission is reviewed for sound quality, loudness, metadata and rights. Approved tracks enter the DJ Record Pool, where participating station owners decide whether to add them to rotation.

What files and information are required?

Submit one to three MP3 files, required cover art, complete contact details, artist and label names (or Self Released), country, promotional links, genre and human or AI-generated origin. AI-generated music requires commercial-use permission. ISRC codes are optional.

Artists and labels can submit music free. Approved tracks land in the Wowzaradio DJ Record Pool, where station owners can pull them straight into playlist rotation with credit to you and your label. No fee, no exclusivity, and you can ask us to withdraw a record at any time.

Human and AI music artists are welcome, including music cleared for commercial use. AI-generated releases are labelled AI-assisted and must have permission for commercial use under your provider’s licence and any other applicable rights. Every release is reviewed; submission does not guarantee approval or replace a station’s music licensing obligations.
